Activity Needed
• Weighted Extraction of standing water in the bedrooms
• Air movers and dehumidifiers will be set and monitored daily to ensure thorough and even drying.
• Baseboards will be detached in the living and dining room to allow air circulation into the wall cavity.
• Furniture will be blocked/tabbed in order to reduce water wicking and flooring stains.
• Content will be move to a non-affected portion of the property (or to our climate controlled storage facility)
• All affected surfaces and surrounding area will be treated with anti-microbial agents as a preventative measure.
